A spreadsheet, rebuilt as an app.

Team Leaderboard is a goals, deals and leaderboard app for real estate teams and brokerages. We are a small independent team in Toronto, Canada.

Why it exists

Most teams run their year out of one file.

One spreadsheet, one owner, a tab per quarter, and a column of formulas nobody else dares touch. The numbers come out, eventually — but agents find out where they stand only when someone gets around to sending an update, and the team lead cannot answer "who is behind on their goal?" without opening the file.

We built Team Leaderboard by taking a working brokerage's actual tracker apart: real deals, leases mixed in with sales, four-way splits, overrides for mentors, referrals going out, HST on top. The commission waterfall in the app had to land on the same number as the commission statement, or it was not finished.

The result is the part of that spreadsheet everyone actually needs — goals with a live pace, a leaderboard the team can see, deals including leases, commission worked out properly, reports, and an import that reconciles every row against your own totals before you trust it.

Who it's for

Real estate teams and brokerages that set GCI goals and want everyone to see where they stand — team leads who are tired of maintaining the file, and agents who would rather not wait to be told their pace.

Built on real numbers

Every calculation was checked against a working brokerage's commission sheet, deal by deal. If the app disagreed with the sheet, the app was wrong.

Honest about what it does

It tracks goals, deals and commission. It is not a transaction management system and it does not replace your brokerage's paperwork.

Private inside the team

Members see their own commission and clients, never anyone else's. Admins decide who appears on the leaderboard at all.

Small and reachable
