23 September 2026Team Leaderboard

iPhone app submitted

The iPhone app has been submitted to the App Store. Goals, deals and the leaderboard on your phone, coming to the App Store.

A new name

The app is now Team Leaderboard, with a new site and a rewritten privacy policy, terms and cookie policy.

Public privacy and support pages

Privacy and support pages that anyone can reach without signing in.

19 September 2026Fixes and sample data

Deals list sorting

Sorting the Listings tab by certain columns raised an error. The list now sorts on columns that are always present.

Duplicate full-year periods

Some teams ended up with two of the same annual period. Year periods are now unique, and the duplicates are cleaned up.

Example data that stays current

Demo deals now run up to today, so a new look at the app never opens on a stale quarter.

18 September 2026The deal model, rebuilt

Commission that matches your sheet

A full waterfall: company split, up to four agents on a deal, overrides, referrals in and out, and HST.

Written vs Closed

Deal statuses through to close, and a toggle on the leaderboard between what has been written and what has closed.

Reports

Quarter against quarter and year against year: volume, gross and company commission, and the buyer, seller and lease mix.

Spreadsheet import

Bring your tracker over. Every row is reconciled against the totals in your own file, and the whole import can be undone.

Leases as a deal type

Leases are recorded as monthly rent with commission in months of rent, instead of being forced into a sale.

Leaderboard visibility

Admins choose who appears on the leaderboard: shown, hidden, or excluded from the rankings entirely.

16 September 2026Goals, deals and the leaderboard

Quarterly and annual goals

Set an annual GCI goal, split it across quarters, and track live pace against it. Past goals stay on record.

The leaderboard

A podium ranked by GCI, net, volume, deal count or percentage of goal, with badges for the milestones.

Teams, offices and splits

Invite agents, group them into teams and offices, and give each one a split plan with cap tracking.
